42 T he annual headline conference and exhibition of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) was held this year in New Orleans, Louisiana, May 1-4 and, rebranded Xponential, was arguably its strongest event ever. Certainly on the exhibition side, the subject of this report, there were more unmanned system providers showing their wares than ever before. Walking the exhibition this year on behalf of Unmanned Systems Technology were Editorial Director Ian Bamsey and Technology Reporter Peter Donaldson.
